the 3 musketeers-castle defence

GAME OVERVIEW:

you play as D'Artgnan, from the 3 musketeers book, in his mission to protect the castle from the invading forces of the cardinal (red enemies). with the assistance of the 3 musketeers (green guys) defeat all the enemies before they reach the castle and try to maintain the castle health as high as possible through 6 waves of enemies and a final boss wave.

GAMEPLAY:

there are 3 different paths where enemies will come from with 1 musketeer for each path. your objective is to assist the 3 npc musketeers in killing all the enemies so as few as possible make it through to the castle. defeat 6 waves of enemies and a boss wave to win, if the castle hp reaches 0 you lose.

MECHANICS:

the main mechanics consist of the movement and attacking with a melee sword slash. secondary mechanics include a ranged powerful bullet shot, a quick dash skill with a cooldown, and a start next wave button.

CONTROLS:

movement: WASD

jump: SPACE BAR

sword attack: LEFT MOUSE BUTTON

gun shot: RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON

dash: Q

start next wave: P

quit game: ALT + F4

OTHER INFO:

the game has no game win/game over screen, so when you kill all enemies or the castle dies just restart the game.

the dash ability while in active duration also gives a super jump, use this to your advantage.
